b. Transmit or store any content that contains viruses, malware, copyright infringement or other illegal or harmful content;

c. Infringe on others’ intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights or other legitimate rights and interests;

d. Interfere with, destroy or attack the normal operation of the application;

e. Use the application to engage in any commercial activities, including but not limited to promoting advertising, selling products or services;

f. Obtain other people’s files or personal information through illegal means.

File management functions:

This application provides file management functions, but please understand and confirm the following:

a. The application will not modify, transfer or store your files unless under your explicit operation, such as copying, cutting, pasting files, or uploading files to other cloud storage services.

b. The application is not responsible for your files, including but not limited to file loss, damage, or any losses caused by application failure.

c. You are fully responsible for any file operations you perform in the application, including but not limited to operational errors and data loss that may result from operating multiple files at the same time.

intellectual property:

The ownership and intellectual property rights of the application and its related content (including but not limited to text, pictures, logos, icons, audio, video, etc.) belong to the application developer and are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

Users may not copy, modify, disseminate, sell or use for any commercial purpose in any form without the written authorization of the application developer.

Disclaimer:

The application developer will try its best to ensure the security and stability of the application, but will not be responsible for losses caused by the following

Situations:

a. Losses caused by the user’s failure to comply with these terms;

b. Losses caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, computer viruses, hacker attacks, etc.);

c. Losses caused by improper user equipment, network connection or operation.

Termination:

If the user violates any content of these terms, the application developer has the right to terminate the user's permission to use the application and reserves the right to pursue the user's legal liability.

Applicable law and dispute resolution:
